At checkout you choose Zelle, ACH bank transfer, or Bitcoin. We email you the exact payment details with your order number. Once your payment lands (usually same day for Zelle, 1–3 business days for ACH, one confirmation for Bitcoin) we ship. No card fees, so we can keep the price low.

Card processing adds about 3% plus chargeback risk. Skipping it lets us sell a gift-boxed mug for $12.99 and cases for under $3 a mug. If you need a card option for a large corporate order, ask on the bulk quote form.

Orders ship from Fort Worth, Texas within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Singles and 4-packs go USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days in the lower 48). Cases go UPS or FedEx Ground. You get a tracking number by email.

Every mug ships in its own box with a foam insert, so breakage is rare — but if it happens, email a photo within 7 days and we send a replacement free. You don't have to ship anything back.

Yes. Unused mugs in the original gift box can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay return shipping. Refunds go back the way you paid.

It's a standard glazed ceramic mug with the print fired into the glaze, and it's rated dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing will keep the white lettering bright for longer.

The lettering is on one side, positioned to face outward when you hold the handle in your right hand. Left-handers get to read it themselves.

Absolutely — that's the whole point of having 4,000 of these. A case of 36 is priced for resale, and pallet quantities get a custom quote. Use the bulk & wholesale page.

Only on orders shipped within Texas (8.25%). Out-of-state orders are not taxed at this time.
