Privacy policy

What we collect. When you order or request a quote we collect your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), shipping address, and what you bought. We do not collect card numbers because we don't take cards. Payment details you send via Zelle, ACH or Bitcoin are handled by your bank or wallet, not by this website.

How we use it. To fulfil and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer support requests, and keep basic sales records. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it. Our email provider (Brevo) delivers transactional emails, our database host (Neon) stores order records, and shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver the package.

Cookies. The storefront uses browser storage only to remember your cart. The admin portal uses a session cookie for staff sign-in.

Your choices. Email hello@sillymugs.store to see, correct or delete your data. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting.
