Terms of sale

Orders and payment. Placing an order reserves your mugs and generates payment instructions for Zelle, ACH bank transfer or Bitcoin. Your order ships after payment is received and confirmed. If payment isn't received within the payment window shown on your order page (normally 72 hours), we may cancel the order and release the inventory. Prices are in US dollars.

Bitcoin payments. The BTC amount is determined by the USD total at the time you send it. Network fees are paid by the buyer. Because on-chain transfers are irreversible, please double-check the address on your order page before sending.

Shipping. We ship from Fort Worth, Texas to US addresses. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered; if a package is lost in transit we'll work with the carrier and replace or refund.

Damage, returns and refunds. Items that arrive broken are replaced free when reported with a photo within 7 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are sent by the same method you paid with.

Sales tax. Texas sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Texas addresses.

Wholesale. Case and pallet purchases are final sale except for items damaged in transit. Resellers are responsible for their own marketplace compliance.
