Shipping & returns

Every order ships from Fort Worth, Texas within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Single mugs and 4-packs ship USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days). Cases ship UPS/FedEx Ground. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order goes out.

Arrived broken? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to send the broken one back. Changed your mind? Unused mugs in their original gift box can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued by the same method you paid with (Zelle, ACH, or Bitcoin) within 5 business days of receiving the return.
